NOTES: The two-horned horse-like herd animal of Astra is a dangerous creature when cornered. The duocorns, like most Astran animals, have a psychic ability, which they use to avoid their main predator, the snake-devils. Humans and the seal people use duocorn horns as drinking vessels.

HISTORY: Norton fills Astra with unusual but identifiable creatures such as the duocorn. Knowing what a unicorn is, it isn't hard to imagine this creature.
