NOTES: The Goblins of Harry Potter's wizarding world run Gringott's Bank where all the magical community keep their money. In a world with magic, security is hard to guarantee. The goblins are clever and ruthless enough to do the job. There is mention of a Goblin Rebellion in 1612 AD.

HISTORY: The filmmakers actually pulled off goblins that didn't look like another Brian Froud rip-off. Most of the speaking ones, including Griphook, seem to be played by Warwick Davis who also played Professor Flitwicke.
