Not the first adaptation of the Ray harryhausen movie. Dell did it back in 1958 when the film was new. Banking on the popularity of The Golden Voyage of Sinbad in Worlds Unknown #7-8, Marvel thought they'd go back and do Sinbad's earlier adventure. Unfortunately, to do the whole movie in one issue meant the story is very compressed but at least they didn't chop the ending off like Dell did.
