NOTES: The White Apes of Mars are nomadic predators that haunt the ruined cities that dot Mars' landscape. These man-eaters roam in packs of four or five. Their two sets of arms are all equipped with claws. Pew Mogel, the synthetic man, placed human brains inside white ape bodies. These apes will have special abilities including speech. The ape throat is not built for talking so their words are hard to understand.
HISTORY: Many of Burroughs' Martian monsters are simply Earthly animals transformed to Barsoom's weirdness. The White Apes are bigger and have an extra set of arms.
